The 2024 Materials Day will be celebrated on Wednesday 6 November and the FEMS Member Societies are organising a series of events.

Annual lecture series showcasing the synergy between materials science and art.

SPM - Portuguese Materials Society - NEW MATERIALS, NEW HORIZONS, University of Minho, Guimarães

The program includes a series of lectures, thesis presentations for the SPM master thesis award contest, and the thesis presentations for the "Ordem dos Engenheiros Award", the regulatory and licensing body for the engineering profession in Portugal.

Awards and Honorable Mentions will be delivered and Maria Manuela Oliveira Award 2024 will be announced.
