The Hellenic Society for the Science and Technology of Condensed Matter (HSSTCM) is a non-profit Greek Scientific Society established in 1981.

Our Objectives

To promote the exchange of new developments and achievements in Condensed Matter and Material Science and support their applications.

Our Vision

To be a catalyst for Scientific and Technological Excellence in the field of Condensed Matter and Material Science in Greece. To serve the corresponding Hellenic communities with vigour and responsibility, in Greece and globally.

Means of achieving the objectives

Organisation of seminars, conferences, lectures or workshops. Bringing together Greek research groups, which perform research on Condensed Matter and Material Science, with research groups abroad. Awards to young researchers for excellent research in the field of Condensed Matter and Material Science. Newsletters with events, news and other information pertaining to Condensed Matter and Material research.
