The first joint symposium on Biomaterials organised by the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) and FEMS – Federation of European Materials Societies will take place during the E-MRS Fall Meeting 2026, held in Warsaw, Poland, from 14–17 September 2026.

The symposium is co-organised by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, Prof. Wojciech Święszkowski, Prof. João F. Mano, and Prof. Anke Weidenkaff, bringing together leading researchers working across the broad field of biomaterials.

The symposium will provide an international platform to discuss recent advances in biomaterials research, including innovative materials, processing technologies, biofabrication, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and related applications.

Researchers from academia, research centres, and industry are warmly invited to contribute with oral and poster presentations.

Abstract submission deadline: 1 June 2026
